It's a wonderful hotel. The hotel was histrical and the staffs were kind. They were helpful and patient even when I had credit card trouble. If I visit Bursa again, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the entire hotel was spotless and well-maintained.
