The property was walkin distance from everything. The room was huge and so unique. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had many options.

After our four hour drive from Nashville we were able to get an earlier check in, which was very helpful, as we'd got afternoon tickets to Dollywood, and for obvious security reasons did not want to leave all our luggage in the car. We were allocated a room on the top (7th) floor, which was absolutely lovely. Room was faultlessly clean, with all the facilities we required. Bed was very comfortable, and ensured that during our four nights stay we slept well. The staff that we encountered were polite, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast provided was perfectly adequate. Plenty of free parking, Location, at the end of Parkway was perfectly OK, with numerous eateries nearby. I have no hesitation about recommending this hotel, and if ever I return to Pigeon Forge I'll book it again. 😊
