Complete with a heated ski deposit, the hotel is 10 km from the ski slopes of San Vito di Cadore. The property is on the Lunga Via delle Dolomite cycle path, stretching into Austria. You will find free parking. Simply perfect - the room was clean, spacious, very well equipped, staff very nice, breakfast perfect, overall - perfect. There is enough parking spaces, and it took us 30min to Cortina ski center, easy ride. We will come back for sure 👌

We really liked the room and the view, and the entrance to the house is so lovely. In the morning we were met by a lovely full breakfast, didn't except it to be so plentiful in italy (as its usually just sweets) the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will for sure come again!

At the guest house, all units are allergy-free and soundproof. We had a really great stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and clearly well taken care of. You can tell a lot of thought went into the little details. It had everything we needed — and more. There was plenty of space, and both beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses, which made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was newly renovated, which was a nice bonus. The location is also super convenient — right in a tourist area. It’s close to the road, but honestly, that didn’t bother me at all. A really nice touch was the coffee and tea setup, plus some sweet treats waiting for us. There was even a mini fridge in the room, which was super handy. The host was lovely — very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and smooth, and she explained everything clearly. Outside, there’s a little table where you can sit and relax, and nearby there’s free parking, a pizzeria, a bar, and a supermarket. The town itself is surrounded by mountains and looks absolutely stunning. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Just a heads-up: check-in is only between 5 PM and 7 PM, which might not be ideal for everyone.
