The staff were very helpful with all our enquires and great service throughout our stay. The food was delicious and we enjoyed a super breakfast each morning. We ate in the restaurant on one evening, and it was suberb. The hotel is very close to the gondola and generally is a perfect location to bus or drive to many walking trails. A jacuzzi or sauna in the hotel was very welcome at the end of the day. Rafael was a pleasure to deal with.

We really liked the room and the view, and the entrance to the house is so lovely. There was plenty of space, and both beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses, which made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was newly renovated, which was a nice bonus. The location is also super convenient — right in a tourist area. It’s close to the road, but honestly, that didn’t bother me at all. A really nice touch was the coffee and tea setup, plus some sweet treats waiting for us. There was even a mini fridge in the room, which was super handy. The host was lovely — very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and smooth, and she explained everything clearly. Outside, there’s a little table where you can sit and relax, and nearby there’s free parking, a pizzeria, a bar, and a supermarket. The town itself is surrounded by mountains and looks absolutely stunning. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Just a heads-up: check-in is only between 5 PM and 7 PM, which might not be ideal for everyone.
