Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.
