You will never be bored in this hotel, wonderful spa centre , bowling, pool, good restaurant, very close to lift and bars. Rooms are clean, food is good and people are very welcome.

Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

The mountain and water view from our room was amazing! The room is very big, so is the bed, and comfortable! The old Town and shopping area is within walking distance. This is a beautiful hotel.

This is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.

This is an excellent small hotel where the staff go out of their way to help, everything feels new and modern, breakfast is very nice and the location very convenient. We were upgraded to a suite which was large and very comfortable. A beautiful room all around.

Everything. Stayed early May when it was quiet. Really relaxing. Beautiful hotel. Had a suite. Breakfast was amazing. Views incredible. Allowed me to park my motorbike in the locked underground carpark. My favourite Hotel Stay ever. Prices are incredible in quieter times.
