The staff was very helpful and available. We did take breakfast at the cafeteria in the lobby the cappuccino was delicious a bit pricy but it is worth the money.

Excellent! No matter the angle one sees it! This is a great hotel, perfect for relaxation. Very good services, great facilities, food quality is outstanding, good variety, great a la carte breakfast. Rooms are big, silent and include a bed of maximum comfort. The entire hotel team is just great!

Special thanks to Bibek and Ali who managed smoothly the complicated arrangements for my trip making a pleasant and efficient check in and check out experience. Also the nice buffets and restaurants manager were incredible! We had a really nice time!

The staff are friendly and courateous. Room is clean and tidy. They also upgraded our room and gave us complimentary breakfast. Also they grant us the lagoon view as we requested. There is also grocery store below the hotel that we can quickly grab what we needed. Highly recommended to those who would like to experience sharjah stay.
