Amazing luxurious hotel in Sevan. Our room was huge, spotless and very well furnished. The entire structure is brand new and provides guests with every confort, including a swimming pool. The staff was really nice and helpful, giving us extra information regarding restaurants and touristic highlights. The owner greeted us in the morning, offered us a coffee and spent some time giving us useful tips for the rest of our holiday.

great location, just off the main road Nairyan Street. Cosy room, comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast served in the room. Everything is newly built and very clean. Host is extremely friendly and always available, she speaks German&English!! Marshrutky place is just 5 min. walk away (corner Savat-Nova St). Entrance is from the back, but go to the dentist/beauty parlour in the front, it's them. They will know you're coming.

The property is a small villa converted to hotel. The hotel service, cleanliness and ambiance was very good. The ladies Miss Alla and Miss Anni at the reception were very helpful and proactive in helping and guiding. Big thanks to them. Has chance to meet the property owner who was also very nice gentleman. Very clean, beautiful property. Rooms with balconies are perfect, big and spacious. Amazing view, great helping stuff. Will come back for sure. Nice spa, cinema room and pool.
