we did not know it was a "Singles" hotel but it was fine for my mother and us. People were friendly and staff was lovely and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and views were breathtaking. The forest and field/trail walks were lovely and hiking and swimming were our major pass times as well as visiting with friends. The indoor swimming pool was lovely and the outdoor pond a great plunging pond in September after a hot tub visit. Dinners were exceptional and breakfast is "healthy" with many choices. There is always a vegan/vegetarian option available.

Fabulous location on the river, gloriously quiet part of it, even in summer, and really nice hotel. It’s not luxury old skool feel, it’s nice standard modern feel. One of the nicest locations I’ve ever stayed.
