We’ve been to different spas around Austria and this experience has been the best so far. We accepted a room upgrade (to panorama view) so it was very comfortable. Meals were excellent - loads of variety at the breakfast buffet; evening choices were delicious. Water temperature at all pools was good and relaxing. Hotel pool was nice. Friendly staff. The location is pet friendly and for the small fee you pay you get dog blankets, treats and bowls and we appreciate that. Went there for my brithday and got a nice gift from the staff. Staff is friendly. You get what the place promises : relaxation! They offer lots of amenities, lots of indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, sport activities.
