The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. The food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing, the staff was super friendly and the glacier is beautiful. We had a wonderful time there, I can only recommend them. Also, the mattress was one of the best we've encountered in hotels so far.

It is a very nice and cozy place. There is a very nice gym, several pools and a mini lake, several saunas. There is a garden where you can relax and calm down after sauna or pool. Also the breakfast was good and we could come for lunch and dinner and it was haute cuisine. If I come next time to the area, I will only stay here.
