Everything was perfect. The location looking over the city and the mountains was amazing. The staff were all lovely and always willing to help with anything and everything. The food was brilliant. The room was clean and comfortable. Lovely shower and facilities. Walking up to the hotel was beautiful and if you preferred a taxi it wasn't too expensive to out. It cost us €20 or so to get into the city center

Beautiful, clean, great customer service. Amazing Mountain views. Accommodating for babies/toddlers. We were brought up a crib and a diaper pail for dirty diapers. Delicious cocktails and coffee at the bar. Updated everything! Right by the train station. Loved this hotel and will definitely recommend!

I enjoyed a comfortable room with a vast bed, warm shower, delicious breakfast, and cozy spa with fitness and sauna facilities. I appreciated the exquisite linens, towels, and toiletries. The location is excellent, with walking distance to the city center and various dining options. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and always greet you with a smile. I would love to stay there again.

One of the best rooms we ever stayed, the room is spacious, clean and modern looking. Staff was very friendly and on top of everything. The breakfast was really good too! Location is walking distance from downtown.
