Amazing experience. Do not hesitate to book here. I m highly sensitive person in the world. The front manager is not only beautiful but also kind a lot. The room was tidy and bed condition was great, which was 5 stars for me. Everythins are perfect but if u wanna high level, I wont expect because there s no elevator and there are perfect view on first floor. It s likea wonderful garden hotel so never claim for elevator. In the room, there s cutie system which u can take coffee through the espresso machine. And I worked in front of hotel. There s nice area with trees and chairs even inside either. Thnx so much for good memory in Aus. We just started business trip but till now, this is best memory in Canberra for us. Cheers

Hotel environment was quite cosy and nice. Rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable. The family interconnecting room was very convenient and was up to expected standard. Staff were friendly. Check in, check out and communicating with hotel staff were very convenient through SMS system. Very relaxing environment. Highly recommend this hotel for a granny holiday.

The bed and linen and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Great selection on the mini bar. Wonderful shower pressure and amenities too.

The property was lovely and excellent value. The only frustration was trying to work out where to park the car, despite the video presentation. Perhaps a few words of explanation at key collection would have been helpful.

Everything was perfect. Dealing with the host from the beginning was super easy and the host was very accommodating! We stayed over new years and were able to enjoy the amazing fireworks from the balcony, with our little family, and away from all the crowds. The pool and spa were great facilities to use during the hot days and the apartments proximity to Canberra centre meant we could walk to shops and restaurants at any time! The apartment was spacious, very clean and extremely well organised. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. We loved every minute of our stay, thank you!
