Staff were very friendly and polite, offered useful information, all aspects of stay explained. Room was lovely, we got lunch room service and the food was very tasty and arrived really quickly. Fab selection for breakfast and my partner had a spa treatment which he really enjoyed

We arrived too early for check in so the staff kept our bags for us so we could sightsee while waiting. The Sebel is a short walk to nice restaurants, the free tram line and a convenience store for supplies. It was clean and comfortable and remade each day. When we needed a late checkout on our last day they were obliging and happy to help is out. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
