IrelandWe liked the massive breakfasts that had plenty of options. My girlfriend is gluten-free and they went out of their way to attend to her. The facilities were great, the views from room/balcony were incredible in the morning and the location next to the ski shops and schools was perfect.

At the check-in stage, we were allowed to check in earlier, the rooms are large and clean, and the view from the window is charming. Comparing Park Chalet with other hotels in ski resorts in Europe, it is much better organized. It has all amenities we will definitely come back here again.

We also had dinner and I can recommend their spaghetti bolognese and four cheese pizza! I love how the ski rental is just below the hotel and they have pool and sauna too. All the staff is very approchable and they even let me borrow their own lighter as I need to light a candle for me and my friend's birthday cake! They even take time to give us cake for our birthday and design our bed with fake flower petals. Kudos to everyone in Shahdag Hotel :)Guest review bycaseyleneGroup

I like that bath are and toilet were separate. Staff were very helpful. Their breakfast buffet is awesome and very organized despite the rush. Loved their freshly squeezed orange juice. Had the best Beef Burger in a long time just outside the hotel at ‘Fridays’. Not sure if it was part of their property or not. Their Spa is also too good. This made ski in/ski out very simple. The spa (moroccan bath and sauna) was really clean and made for excellent relaxation after skiing all day. The restaurants in the hotel had great food and shisha, and were able to accommodate our large group (18+).
