The staff is really well trained to assist you with anything and everything. They have a massive temperature controlled swimming pool along with Turkish Hamams and Sauna ( This is free ). Lovely and very friendly staff who are ready to help at any moment. There are a lot of entertainments on the territory, as well as excellent restaurants. There is also a large spa complex on site. You should definitely try the procedure in the amber room and massage. Great place for relaxing.
