Extremely clean and well maintained property. The swimming pool was clean and equipped with sun loungers. The receptionist Yoana, greeted us upon arrival and ensured we have comfortable stay. The views from the room are exceptional.

To start with - a kind lady welcomed us upon arrival. The room was spacious and the view from the window - impressing! The bed and the pillows were just perfect, matching our preferences (not too soft but not too firm as well). We booked two rooms which both were spotless clean, with fresh linen & fluffy towels when we checked-in. The overall feeling of the hotel is one of coziness, as you are a dear guest in the house of close friend. We were surprised at breakfast with a great touch from the hosts - the platter of cold cuts and rest of dishes were prepared with much care and most definitely - from an artist!

The house was very beautiful and the owners were very kind, helpful and provided us everything we needed. I recommand at least 2 nights for enjoying their beautiful house and the surroundings. We hope we will come back soon for more relaxing time in this quite place.

Comfy apartment with an incredible view. Everything that we needed was in the room. Good kitchen, a huge terrace, and a view of the mountains. We arrived at late night but everything was fine. The host was extremely helpful and friendly.

We were in Bulgaria in April, so before high-season. Therefore, at least we guess so, like in many other places in Bulgaria before, we were the only guests at Chalet Balkan. Which might have contributed to an amazingly quiet and relaxing stay in this beautiful place surrounded by nature, impecable service and good food.
