Everything was great! The spa zone is amazing, the facilities are new and clean, the room was spacious and cozy, the breakfast abundant, and the massages were perfect, I particularly recommend Viktoria for massage!

The hotel had amazing spacious rooms and a great spa. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. Also it was perfectly clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the best spa hotels in Bulgaria in my opinion.

Excellent hotel. The wellness center is great. The rooms and bathroom are big and clean with nice terrasse and view. Very spacious and nice place. The breakfast is good with big choice. I would come again.

Best SPA hotel

Perfect place for recharge, beautiful mountains surrounding, stylish design, wonderful pools and spa zone, the outdoor thermal pool is astonishing relaxation experience. I was there for my birthday and got some pleasant presents in the room every day. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast has a rich choice of really good food.

The hotel was excellent - the rooms were huge, the food was various and tasty, there was a free parking area. The spa exceeded my expectations - it included several swimming pools, 4 jacuzzis,2 saunas, a huge steam bath and relax areas.

Very spacious, luxurious common spaces with high ceilings. Although the hotel was full, the spa and the pools were not crowded, because the hotel is really very big with a lot of space and pools. The room was big and cosy. The spa and pools were nice, water was clean and warm. The staff was extremely polite. The beach bar offered wonderful cocktails. The animation of the kids let us enjoy 1-2 hours of relax. The restaurant offered a great variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner. It is for now the best spa hotel that we visited!

This is one the best SPA hotels in Bulgaria. I am very impressed. We will definitely go again.
