    Various food, good coffee and Fresh orange and grapefruit juice during breakfast. Spa facilities and massage are even better than these in the new 5* hotels around Velingrad and Pavel banya. Friendly staff and marketing team. Good atmosphere inside the hotel. Nice activities around.

    The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The waiter was very professional. Everything was comfortable and there were good facilities: sauna, steam room, massage and swimming pool.

    we liked the foyer space, the restaurants and bars it connected to and the spa - all of them completely refurbished and modernized the saunas could have been a bit larger and not so many fragmented little ones. it creates 'too close in my personal space' kind of feeling. other than that, very good breakfast, definitely satisfactory and one can find anything for his taste location is good if you want to be close to the city center but far from the slopes. depends on what you prefer

    The apartment was nice, clean and quiet. We were 2 families, each with a child and there was enough space for everyone, including our dog. The hotel provides a bed for the dog (it was brand new) and dishes for food. The swimming pool, even if not very large, together with the 2 saunas ensure relaxation after a day of skiing.

    Pretty amazing hotel, very modern, stylish and clean. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The pool and Spa area was excellent- clean and big. Breakfast buffet had everything for every taste and it was a fresh.Service is high level and the staff was friendly. It was nice place for relax. I highly recommend this place and I will visit shortly once again.☺️
