Rooms are super nice and cozy, bed is comfortable rooms are super clean and has very fresh view. Roof bar is so good. They have welcomed very well, staff super super helpful. I would like to say big thanks to Mr. Tarakci at reservation desk and all other collegues. It was pleasure to meet them. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location initially appealed but the quality of the hotel and the exceptional service made the world of difference. Sayda and the team at the front desk couldn't be more helpful. Wonderful room facing the cathedral and square (and the same view I had 39 years ago when it was a very different hotel). The two restaurants were excellent; the bell staff and cleaners very friendly and responsive, A very special hotel. Little things were special too: extra drinking water; ability to open the window; bedside charging; walk in shower; good reading lights; a good desk to work at etc etc.

Everything is really great :) The owners are very friendly, helpful and polite. The room is modern and well equipped. The location is great - it is located in the quiet street but also it is very near to the center of Sofia (around 10 minutes of walking from Alexander Nevsky cathedral).
