The food was AMAZINGLY tasty. Homemade with great fresh ingredients. The staff was super kind and helpful, everyone smiling. The hotel, room, restaurant were well air conditioned and clean. There are sauna, turkish bath, all good.

The room is very big, nice, clean and comfortable with king size bad. There is big terrace with beautiful view. Spa is very clean and nice. There are a lot of swimming pools inside and outside, a lot of sauna and yakuzzi, salt room, turkish bathroom… you can use spa all day after check out, which is very good option! The stuff is very kind and helpful.

The thermal spa center exceeded our expectations, for this price bracket. The pools and jacuzzis are well maintained, secured and cleaned. The breakfast is diverse and very tasty. The staff is professional and nice.

It is the perfect hotel and location for relaxation. The guest relations manager, Katerina Kyurkchieva, was a wonderful lady who greatly impressed me. She has a personal touch to the whole experience, a very classy lady who represents the best of this hotel, the spirit of hospitality, understanding of people and their needs, and providing the best to guests within her ability and authority. Excellent! She is an asset to the hotel. The hotel is good in general, with facilities, a great Spa, swimming pool, staff and location. am very satisfied with the experience.
