This is an excellent hotel that makes you want to come back! With a great location, very close to the center, with beautiful views around. Friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, spacious modern rooms. I was very pleasently sursprised by the whole experience of the hotel - the staff was very polite and friendly, the swimming pool area was a very nice relaxing zone, and the view from the room was amazing (5th floor, 9A). The hotel is located within minutes to numerous shops and restaurants, and the old part of the city.

At first I was conspicuous because the price was kind-of -a in the middle range. But it turned out to be super quality on a really cheap price. The views are stunning , the personnel did everything to accommodate me with my parking situation, cause I didn't want to leave my car on the street. The breakfast is home made Bulgarian cuisine. I will definitely stay there whenever I have a chance. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a place to sleep on our way back from Romania and this hotel delivered. We called them to ask if we could check in late and the receptionist told us to give him another call in case he's not in but checking in and out was a breeze. The location was also really good, next to key landmarks, a bakery, and not too far away from the castle for those who want to sightsee. The room and bathroom were perfectly adequate for a one-night stay and the beds were very comfortable.

The house was very beautiful and the owners were very kind, helpful and provided us everything we needed. I recommand at least 2 nights for enjoying their beautiful house and the surroundings. We hope we will come back soon for more relaxing time in this quite place.

Comfy apartment with an incredible view. Everything that we needed was in the room. Good kitchen, a huge terrace, and a view of the mountains. We arrived at late night but everything was fine. The host was extremely helpful and friendly.
