Great people, clean room, very comfortable! My wife and I booked 3 rooms and had 2 other couples with us. They said it felt like a hotel from a movie. staff are Excellent, place was so comfortable and they loved it.

The staff went over and above and made our stay more enjoyable than I thought possible. We had a glitch in our movie and they comped it ans sent up Maintenance, who quickly fixed the issue. we had a do not disturb sign in order that we do not get housekeeping and then we got a phone call asking if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Hotel Arts! The purpose of our stay was a girly staycation and have a pool day and the atmosphere in the pool is cozy and warm and totally met our expectation.

Location for walking to the shopping, restaurants and attractions could not be much better. The restaurant was fabulous, food and ambiance ...and we heard a wonderful singer. We were only there one night but it was a real treat from check in to check out.
