Exceptional accommodation that surprised our expectations. Although the accommodation was one of the cheapest on our trip, I consider it the best. Our room was very spacious, complete with a small front garden with a beautiful view of the mountains. We had the advantage of two bathrooms, one furnished with a bathtub and the other with a classic shower. The kitchen was very well appointed and the kitchen island provided plenty of space. I would also like to thank the staff specially Elen and Jana. I appreciate their pleasant and professional demeanor only made our stay more enjoyable. The accommodation included a steam sauna and hot tubs which gave us a well deserved relaxation.

This resort, built in 1888, is styled after a Scottish Baronial castle and is a National Historic Site. Located in Banff National Park, it offers 11 restaurants and 14 shops.

The bed was really comfortable, you could actually make the room completely dark, service was wonderful and the reception area was really lovely for hang outs. Great products in the washroom!

Everything is perfect. Ordered and structured as a hotel should be. I was delighted to see a pride flag hanging outside the front window for Banff pride. Sauna is wonderful, and I used the small gym and whirlpool as well.

The hot tub that leads outside was amazing particularly at night in the dark with lights. The kids pool was also excellent ....and well used! The foyer has a lot of games that were used by a lot of families and it is a great spot to sit in front of a lovely fire. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The activities for New Year's Eve were also great fun. It was also lovely being able to have a dog at the hotel and there were a lot of dogs but they were all well behaved and beautiful.

Very clean and tidy apartment at an excellent location. Also, it has a very secure and safe entrance. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay with attention to minute details like even washing powder for washing machine. All kitchen utensils were clean, and air conditioning was good to help with slightly warm weather.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. The interior is so spacious, it makes it feel like a home away from home. We had all the amenities that we needed in the kitchen for a full week of cooking for the family. We travelled with kids and spent the mornings lounging around with coffees in front of the fireplace. The balcony is lovely and private coming off one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms were well stocked and had the essentials. We were so comfortable for our stay. We will definitely stay again.
