It was cosy, clean, warm comfortable and well equipped. The host was easy to get hold of and kept us informed every step of the way, from getting food for Christmas dinner to helping with the TV, nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was well equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to the hot tub. Short driving distance to some fantastic activities, skiing, snow mobiling, snow tubing plus local shops. Every room was beautifully decorated & beds were super comfortable. Everything about our stay was perfect.

This time I stayed at Le Chalet and I loved it. I would stay there again. Very comfy, a bit secluded and peaceful.

Amazing experience from the very first moment we stepped into the hotel! Amazing customer service, from the front desk, to the doorman, to the bell boy, to the waitresses. I felt welcomed and at home. I chose room 306 because it has an open view on the lake and huge panoramic view. There was an actual fire place, the room was huge, attentions from the staff was incredible and the quality of every experience was superb! Breakfast was exceptional and dinner absolutely memorable. The hotel is clean and perfectly located. My new favorite place!

А hot jacuzzi outside is the best solution, it was great to lie in it in the evening under the stars. it was pretty clean except for crumbs in the bed in the kids room, there was enough detergent and clean towels. there is a speaker in the house so you can listen to music while you barbecue. we were there at the beginning of march, i think it will be even more beautiful in summer because the house is located in the middle of the forest and it is amazing!

Our friendly hosts Christian and his wife provided an early check-in which was awesome! They provided a detailed welcome introduction and made us feel right at home! The room was spotless, well decorated and the view of the lake was very peaceful. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast served on our patio table overlooking the lake! We plan on returning! If you go on a Sunday, make sure to reserve a table early at one of the restaurants in town. They fill up really fast.

The chalet was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Noah and Karina were very responsive. we had everything we needed. only note, if you are coming in winter and you do not have a 4x4, you will have issues driving around and will probably get stuck in the snow as it is very high up and the area is fairly new.
