From the moment we stepped out of our Uber it was clear we were in for a special experience. From the doormen to reception snd the concierge staff everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel had spread rose petals on our bed and bathroom along with chocolates, which was a lovely surprise. Good sized room, the comfiest bed, a spa bath and an amazing toilet all made the experience great. Breakfast was also fabulous and we loved the garden room. The hotel was just beautiful but it’s the staff that really made our stay so special.

Located in Downtown Montreal, Hôtel Birks offers a street level terrace for the Restaurant Henri Brasserie Française.

Everything was very clean. Room had a view that made you feel like you were literally in the city. Being able to have a morning coffee with this view was incredible. In addition, our room was upgraded, so our joy was doubled. We especially loved the decoration and facilities of the bathroom.

Always greeted with a smile by the helpful and friendly staff. They were so lovely. The room was very spacious, bathroom was large and clean. Housekeeping was conducted everyday. In the room, there were Tea, Coffee and Water on a daily basis. The location was excellent walking distance to most of the attractions, Underground City shopping malls and Restaurants, The Darlington Restaurant was excellent and the staff was friendly.

Staff were welcoming, professional and attentive. Housekeeping staff deserve a special mention for attention to detail and quality of service. Hotel is in a fantastic location central to old montreal but we still had a quiet room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great hotel to stay at in the center of downtown Montreal. It's right next to the Bell Centre and some famous restaurants like Okeya Kyujiro. Everything from the reception, lobby, room and facilities are great as well. I highly suggest you take a look at the 12th floor's pool, spa and outdoor jacuzzi - it's a really nice setup that you can't easily find in other hotels.

This hotel in Montréal city centre is within 2 minutes’ walk of Bonaventure metro station and the Bell Centre, home of the Montréal Canadiens. It offers an on-site spa and massage services.

The location is wonderful! We often stay there if we are going to concerts at the Bell Centre. But I will say we lost 300 dollars because Bruce Springsteen cancelled his concert last year. You would not refund or move the charge so we lost over 300 because we did not come. We booked again with you this year. I feel we are pretty loyal...you should be too....If you would would have moved the cost of last year I still would have come (as I did). You are a rich company....you should show more loyalty to people who are not rich but still stay with you....the staff was outstanding by the way.

Room was clean! No noise at night. Enough towels. Everything was as expected. Reception staff Maria offered an exceptionnal service. She was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. We didn’t have time to get breakfast in the morning because we needed to leave early BUT other clients seemed like they enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this hotel because it’s really in the right spot. You can go to Place des arts museum, there is so many restaurants and fun activities to do around!
