My stay at Hôtel Birks in Montreal was like stepping into a dream. The hotel, with its sparkling chandeliers and gold details, felt like a scene straight out of a Celine Dion ballad—full of grandeur and just the right amount of drama. My room, a Grand Montreal View, was a plush haven with a king-size bed that was almost too comfortable. The marble bathroom, complete with a rainfall shower, made me feel like super pampered. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, a stark contrast to my recent stay in a rather lacklustre U.S. city. Their charm and efficiency were truly top-notch. Room was clean! No noise at night. Enough towels. Everything was as expected. Reception staff Maria offered an exceptionnal service. She was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. We didn’t have time to get breakfast in the morning because we needed to leave early BUT other clients seemed like they enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this hotel because it’s really in the right spot. You can go to Place des arts museum, there is so many restaurants and fun activities to do around!
