Exceptional customer service. Staff were friendly and eager to listen and attend to any need we presented. Edward and Vinay keep it up! Wanted to extend our stay and hotel was fully booked. Edward kept monitoring the system between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am in the morning. He managed to secure a room and saved us the bother to move to another hotel. At 7 am in the morning, he called us to confirm he had a room for us! Edward, you gave us a reason to always come back and recommend Fairfield to our friends with no hesitation at all!

Fernando is an amazing host. We were greeted at the door at our arrival and felt at home right away. The house is decorated with his family’s art and it’s beautiful and unique. Fernando even taught us a few Spanish words. The breakfast was delicioso. This bed and breakfast was the perfect getaway after a long drive and we highly recommend it. Muchas gracias.

There were so many thoughtful touches at Luis's chalet, from the coffee machine explanation video to the towel warmer and robes for the hot tub! The kitchen was also very well organized and labeled making it very easy to find things. We're definitely looking forward to visiting again!

    The hotel was extremely clean and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. They put us in one of their handicap accessible rooms so our room was extremely large with lots of space which was nice. Beds were comfy, hot tub and pool were good (pool is heated which is nice) and the included breakfast was yummy with various options. Upon arrival the staff gave us a little goody bag with snacks inside for free because it was our wedding anniversary which was nice of them.

    The contential breakfast was terrific, a lot of delicious options. Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were great also.

    Very spacious rooms, floors accessible only with your key card, hot breakfast included, hot tub was nice. And a hotel who still has doors in their stand up showers so the water doesn't go everywhere! Great weekend for our anniversary.
