The rooms are amazing! The view of the city was great. The staff was friendly and took care of us. We enjoyed the room service. We liked the location of the hotel as well because it was nice and close to the Royal Fair, which was our reason to be there.

The Royal structure & decor preserving elements of History that are very interesting to know. In general hotels to this level of detail are very selective. Having this experience made me really understand how good it feels to be a tourist. The entire Team makes justice to its elegance with a fantastic welcoming smile and attitude. Jin deserves our special thanks for going out of his way to show us around and recommend the best places to go. This is the best hotel we ever stayed in. Room was spacious and felt like a small apartment. Great getaway in the city, was super private when we were in the room, friendly staff, especially the housekeeper. Location was prime, we found walking was faster than Uber anyhow, but everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, ie. CN Tower, Lighthouse ArtSpace, Aquarium, and has super close amenities like grocery stores (inside the mall), coffee shops, residents, bars and more.

Boasting a skylit indoor pool and 3 on-site dining options, this hotel is located across the street from Union Station.

Location perfect. Right across from Union train station so easy to find at the end of a long travel day. The staff were exceptional and the rooms were beautiful. Lovely lovely lovely bed. So nice that I’m ordering from the collection to make my bed as good!! The hotel is so regal and classic and I just felt like a Princess walking the halls and sleeping in my room. Would stay here again for sure.
