breakfast was awesome. the meal to get you through the whole day. stuff was so nice and helpful, room was ready before the check-in time (so I could check-in earlier). interior is amazing, I was mesmerized by everything. staff helped me with everything that I asked, and were so polite. This is a beautifully designed hotel featuring very modernly furnished rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the great balcony that overlooked the lake. The indoor pool was a lovely amenity, although a touch cool for spring swimming. The outdoor jacuzzi, however, was excellent. Breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide and impressive variety of both cold and hot dishes, including some interesting special menu items. We also had a great dinner experience at the Saltz restaurant. A special mention must go to the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in securing tickets for the chocolate museum tour for us, even after we found it fully booked online.

First of all, the country is beautiful ! So, all around is beautiful too. The hotel is cozy and modern with a hint of old times. The room was larger than we expected, super clean with free amenities for the guests (coffee and tea) and cute little cushions in each bed. The location is perfect for those who intend to use the train to move around the country because the hotel is very close to the train station, actually, the station is as if it was the hotel"s backyard. The staff was very nice and gentle. There is an area for guests to chill out close to the reception where you can have a drink and enjoy a book from a small library. We tried the restaurant and food was very good ! For switzerland's standards it was a very good cost-benefit.
