We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

The overall hotel environment is unique. We stayed 2 nights pleasantly for a relative distant location from Interlaken east. Dining with the olders was not a problems, which make us slow and relaxed. They also provides extra facilities such as kitchen including hot water kettle, which is very helpful for us, especially Asians.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. It was one of the top hotels I've ever stayed in. Even though we stayed in the forest view room, I enjoyed sitting on the balcony. You can even enjoy watching the wonderful view from the restaurant. The breakfast was great, there was even a fresh omelette service made especially for you. We enjoyed the hot pool every day. They were also very kind to take us from the train station to the hotel with a private shuttle. The employees were incredibly polite. everything was very good quality We will definitely go again. They deserve 100 point :)
