The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room is absolutely great, the bed is comfortable, the shower is big, the amenities wonderful. The location was right next to lac Léman, with views on the water, can't ask for more. This hotel is well worth the cost.

Nice facilities, clean and modern. Separate room with a kids play area, microwave, iron. Staff are friendly and accomodating - went out of the way to open up a room for me for an early morning meeting. Located right above Vennes station and with a beautiful aquarium next door.

we had room service breakfast ...brilliant. Everything was just lovely. So helpful. Free travel card and discounts to attractions. Lovely position almost on the lake. Staff delighful. The most amazing suite with two of everything, two TVs, two sinks, two rooms, two toilets, two double wardrobes, two sofas, two tables, two balconies and even two big proper keys, with those old fashioned tassles.
