Extremely friendly personnel - very helpful and attentive! Very tasty breakfast with wide selection of food – everyone will find something delicious. It is not possible to get to the hotel by car – you need to take a train from Lauterbrunnen, what is not a problem, but you should be aware of it. I would gladly return in the future.

Wengen is an amazing location. The hotel is near the cable car and has a great view of the mountains. It is very close to the train station so we had connections to all the attractions. The receptionist, Mister Balazs was very kind and helpful with everything we needed. The breakfast was nice and vary.

The staff and owners went above and beyond our expectations. They were very helpful with all of our needs and questions. They met us at the top of the cable car late at night to pick us and our many bags up without even telling us - what a nice way to begin our stay. The breakfasts were great with a variety of options and I especially loved the self serve smoothie bar! Loved the hotel amenities including the fun pool and relaxing saunas. Special thanks to Suzanna and Carla for their exceptional hospitality and kind hearts. We hope to be back to this gem again soon!

When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. A hidden treasure from a bygone era of romance and elegance. Breakfast was included and was sumptuous to both behold and consume. The breakfast hall was truly splendid, and the full breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and carried themselves with etiquette and polite manners, which is so rare nowadays.
