When I lost my way while using public transportation, they promptly came to my rescue and personally guided me to the hotel. One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking views it offers. Whether it's from the Panorama Boutique Hotel itself or from the Solbad hotel restaurant where I had my breakfast and dinner, the vistas were simply stunning. I couldn't help but be captivated by the beauty that surrounded me. The hotel also grants guests access to the Solbad spa, which boasts excellent facilities and equally remarkable views. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the area. The cleanliness of both the apartment and the spa was impeccable, and the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Speaking of food, the quality of the meals at the Solbad hotel was exceptional. As it shares the same owner as the Panorama Boutique Apartment, it's no surprise that the culinary experience was top-notch. Every bite was a delight, and the ambiance of the restaurant only enhanced the overall dining experience. Check-in and check-out procedures were quick and hassle-free, allowing me to start my stay without delay and leave with fond memories. Privacy was also highly valued, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil environment, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the splendid views. The location of the Panorama Boutique Apartment couldn't be more ideal for exploring the numerous tourist attractions around Lake Thun.

I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!

Great breakfast, interesting program offerings like a hike, yoga, aqua sports. Wonderful view on the lake, nice wellness and spa offering and very lovely and carrying staff. It was a great stay
