Everything is perfect. The room is so amazing and makes me surprised! The staffs are so nice and friendly!Tell us many tips. We just stay only one day and we all think we should stay longer! We went to the mountains next morning and have no time to have nice breakfast. I texted the message on wazapp to the hotel. They prepared the breakfast for all of us so that we couldn take them to the train! We were so moving and appreciated! If we could go back here. I would definitely choose this hotel!

A very high end hotel, u pay for what u get, Eg, extremely good service, good staff with 24 hrs friendly & helpful attitude. The underground wellness facilities are built just like a premium spa centre: with cold bath, sauna, aromatic water shower, gym room and massage relaxing room. All facilities are well maintained and clean. The room also look absolutely good, i lived in a matterhorn view room, the balcony view is directly the matterhorn which worth of money to stay. One improvement, probably the breakfast varieties can be increased, especially increased more on cooked meals, the only well cooked meal is scrambled egg. Others are cheesy stuff, dairy food & bakery.

Absolutely everything and even more! This is the most friendly, cosy, tasty, clean, comfy, lovely and details oriented hotel I ever stayed in. All staff is super welcoming. The location is just perfect: 7 minutes walk to the train station, 7 minutes walk to ski lifts, 5 minutes walk to city center. Breakfast was my motivation to wake up in the morning, absolutely delicious, with big choice of whatever makes you happy in the morning 😋 Huge thank you for making me feel like at home ♥️ I will definitely come back!
