I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

I had a truly wonderful stay at DeltaPark Vital Resort. From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The accommodation and facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location by the lake and the park was wonderful. It was a close walk to the down town part of Thun. The views from the property were spectacular and the staff was top notch. Would definitely stay here again!

Well organised cosy and comfortable apartment in the middle of peacefull neighborhood. Having access to the both indoor-outdoor salty pools and spa was a great opportunity. Chilling in outdoor pool during the heavy rain was an extreme experience for us. Della was very friendly. Our 9 months-old daughter even stopped being fussy whenever she came home. ☺️

Wow what an amazing hotel! We arrived for one night on the way to Zermatt and wish we could stay for longer! This is a hidden gem in amazing location and a wonderful view! The breakfast is magnificent and so many options (even for vegans) the out door pool is heated with a lovely outdoor sauna just the best activity with the lovely view
