Basically everything but the highlights were: The included access to the spa, the welcoming and kind receptionist who allowed us to use the facilities the next day even we have the possibility of the check out. The view of the mountains, nice restaurant, delicious breakfast. Comfy room and bed. Overall amazing value for money.

What an exceptional and lovely place to stay! The dutch owners are an amazing and caring couple, made our stay more personal with their good vibe. The breakfast and the coffee was plenty and delicious. The view is outstanding both from the room and the cantine. Perfect location for visiting Zermatt by car/train. The BEST hotel I’ve stayed at by far. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The staff were amazing and genuinely cared about my stay. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious, the bed was so comfy and the view was incredible. I treated myself to spa time and a massage and I am SO glad I did. Everything was perfect, and leaving was deeply sad.
