100 Points for Gloria and Jose-Louis. They were wonderful hosts. We arrived late and tired and were able to order a delicious soup and salad meal on short notice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and stylish (and of course clean). The private hot tub, looking out over the trees was great. Breakfast by the fire was a great start to the day. We got a great tip where to eat out on the next night and had one of the best meals of our trip. On our last day Gloria took us on an excursion to Dalcahue and then to Parque Meular, which is not even open to the public yet. It was a priviledge. We also enjoyed talking to Gloria and Jose-Louis late into the night to discover the similarities and differences between Germany and Chile and many other topics. WE fehlt totally at home.

    It's a big old hotel: probably the first one of it's class in the city. The location is just great. It has wifi, sauna, indoor pool (all free), great breakfast, and great staff. They change our room so we could get a better view of the sea, they helped us with our bags and they were very attentive to any request.

    the location is very good, staff very helpful and most spoke English, breakfast good and plenty and it has a nice clean spa with free use of sauna, hot tub (outside which is lovely) and steam room and pool. My room in the old building at 4th floor had a nice view to the sea.
