The hotel is great with the service and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is ok too, there isn’t a shopping centre around, but it is close to the city centre. The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.

I really like the property. The hotel is brand new and the room was extremely comfortable. The hotel has definitely a unique touch and good vibe. The location in the new part of the city is great, just by a range of good restaurants and bars. It is also easy to reach the old town and main tourist attractions by metro or taxi. The breakfast was exceptional.

The Hilton Changhua was excellent. The make-up service was quick and efficient. I put on the light when I went down to breakfast and when I came up an hour later the room had been completely refreshed. The food from the Chinese restaurant was excellent.
