Great location. Large spacious five-star standard room, with magnificent view. The staff were helpful, especially Cami. Breakfast was great - an enormous range of both western and Chinese food.

The hotel is well located, close to the heart of the city and close to the transport system. The staff is very good and helping for everything. In particoular, Jackson, hotel manager is awesome. He guided me with a private tour for free and gave me a lot of tips. He also helped me to receive a pack from Shenzhen! He was alwasy ready to help and his english is very good! The room was upgraded for free and the view from my window was stunning. I really reccomend you this hotel if you plan to visit Chongqing!

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like, the service I received from 🌙 was next to none. This is not paid and it’s real, I loved every little bit! It was my first time in chongqing and they helped me though everything from taxis, to food places to excursions they did it all for me. I made the mistake of staying somewhere else for a few days as I thought I’d try different areas in Chongqing and I really did miss this hotel!

Every aspect of the stay. Room was very comfortable, spacious and fully furnished (inc. body lotion, good quality coffee and tea, higher-end amenities etc.) Scott, Rebecca and her team were extremely helpful, diligent and kind. The services and care offered by the hotel and its staff throughout the stay did enrich my general experience of, and trip in Chongqing. Can only recommend to others and wont miss to choose this hotel or another Wuyu of the group for/if any futur trip in the city comes by.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, with particular recognition due to Manager Ms Yang. She demonstrated exceptional hospitality by enthusiastically recommending numerous local dining gems and even took the initiative to mark key locations on our map. While the interior decor shows some signs of aging with slightly worn carpeting and retro-style furniture, the property maintains remarkable cleanliness. The professional service and largely compensated for the slightly dated facilities, creating an overall satisfying accommodation experience that we would gladly revisit.

Location of hotel is excellent coz it’s right next to the exit of Metro People Hall. Services provided by the staff shock me as they provide laundry services to me and it’s FREE. I’ve never experienced before. Thumb up to all the hotel’s staff.
