Brilliant staff, very friendly and resourceful. 5 star service, food was good and has plenty selections. Hotel and all facilities were very clean. Staff have good knowledge of the area and are happy to give directions , even write the names of the places for you to give to the taxi drivers. Bella and the other lady receptionist were very helpful.

I stayed two nights at the Arthur Hotel in Guangzhou and I highly recommend it. The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and above all, the service is outstanding. Special thanks to Lee and Nana at the reception, who were incredibly attentive: they helped me book taxis, send a package, and use local apps. A big thank you to them for their kindness. They made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back!

First of all, incredibly polite and welcoming staff. Will take care of pretty much anything. Room was huge and extremely clean. View was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was amazing, very friendly and helpful waiters as well. Hotel facilities are phenomenally. There was not a single bad thing about this hotel, I’m definitely coming back! Recommend!
