We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely atmosphere, competent staff. Nice and large pool. Front desk is service oriented. E.g. Winnie Liang was extremely helpful.

The room was lovely, the bed so comfortable. The staff couldn´t do enough for your stay. We used the gym which was resourced well, and the pool. The environment was lovely and the two restaurants served excellent food. The breakfast had good variety and there was always someone on hand to assist in English. There was daily room service and a turn down service in the evening. Enjoyed our stays immensely.

Situated in the CBD business area, The Langham Haikou is designed in classic and luxurious style. City views or sea views can be enjoyed at the property.

Staff was warm and very helpful (especially as English speakers). The overall standing of the hotel is high, the rooms are spacious and confortable. Hotel amenities are great (pool and spa) and the buffet was very good !

Room is spacious. Close to the beach. Hot water pool is good. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Very good value for money.

Excellent location (walking distance to restaurants, bar and tourist spots), cleanliness, service and staffs. Special thanks to Lio and 小谭 in assisting me with my appeal for refund as I was not able to reach the hotel on the first day of my reservation due to an unforeseen circumstances. They were considerate, polite, warm and indeed very helpful. I was absolutely impressed and satisfied with their excellent customer service. Will definitely go back on my next trip to Haikou.
