Everything! Starting from the friendliness of the staff, to the great posh set up of the lobby, the well maintained rooms and impeccable views that the room offers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shangri-La Putian and the breakfast selection was a huge plus for us too! A great plus that it is overlooking an historical bridge from the Song Dynasty.

    The breakfast was of a good quality, except that the egg station mass produced fried eggs so that anyone eating one, had to eat it cold. Staff were, however, receptive and friendly and a special mention for the front office staff and the restaurant staff.
