Location, room condition was excellent. Most of all, I loved their hospitality especially from Susie, duty manager. She also shared her WeChat and kept checking if our stay is fine. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese, I loved this because the fact that there is someone I can contact with in case of emergency was such a relief.

    Breakfast is nice and everything is available to start the day. As there is only one coffe machine, people needed to queue up... The pool is really spacious and nice. Sauna and steam room was there but not working. The Japanese restaurant serves really good food.

    Excellent pre-emptive customer service, & beautifully designed room in the new wing with ocean view. Room service efficient, with food of a high standard, and very good value for money. Well maintained Health Club with medium sized lap pool, well stocked gym, and sauna. Fantastic spa & a great massage from Mei had me sleeping like a baby.

    Great location on the water front, staff were amazing and very accommodating for me as I did not speak mandarin. Appreciate all the effort to help me with Taxis and other things. Gym was great. Breakfast spread was very good, although could be more vegetarian options. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved it here.
