-Clean spacious room with fruit and snacks provided each day. -Buffet style breakfast was ample, large choice of hot and cold food and drinks. -Great central location - 20 mins to the airport and Wu tong ferry port. Next to Xiamen train station and 5 mins walk to metro and BRT. -staff were excellent - 小張 was especially kind to us during our stay.

The room ambience is excellent , sewing kit is a great addition which comes in handy for us. The additional 2 clothes free laundry is a great value added service, the receptionist named Cecilia is welcoming and helpful person. The reception did a wonderful job in welcoming and assisting foreigners to adapt to China’s way of life and common practices such as booking a cab from app. There were also interesting and healthy welcome snack, local drinks and snacks at the mini bar was delightfully served.

The staff there was polite and helpful. What I don't like is how booking.com arrangement. When I arrived , I was informed my booking wasn't in thier system. I was damn tired and have to wait until they arrange the room for me. I was checked in to the room and they verified my card while they checking my reservation with booking.com I was so shocked when my bill turn out RM965.80 instead of RM804 as I book earlier with booking.com If your portal unable to handle my booking , please inform me before I took the hassle take a taxi to the hotel. I am really disappointed with what was happened. Just felt been cheated by booking.com
