Absolutely perfect stay! The scenery is breathtaking, the beach is pristine, and the amenities are top. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The food at the restaurant is delicious. We had a wonderful time in Casa Bambu. The place is very calm and cozy. The team who works here are very professional and helpful. They helped us with transportation, advises for activities nearby and provided us medication when we had some problems with stomach. The food here was also very tasty with various options for different taste. I recommend it for everyone who wants to have a perfect gateway from busy places.

Location , close to Tyron park and far enough to be really quiet and relaxing Personnel was really nice and the food was pretty good , the swimming pools are beautiful, Massages were really relaxing too with a perfect atmosphere on the rooftop of the hotel

    A lovely hotel in an incredible location with beautiful views of the river and sea from our balcony. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was also very good in the restaurant. Would also recommend a massage in the spa, it was brilliant!

    Mostly the staff,wich was kind and helpful and relaxed.The silence no music only the animals and the nature. The food was superb, good breakfast.Room was good. Good swimming pool.

    The location of be hotel is excellent, very close to Tayrona NP and the view from the hotel and terrace is stunning. The dinner and breakfast was excellent and the rooms are spacious and nice. The staff were also incredibly nice and helpful. Special thanks to Sharon who was on hand to help, Sandris who prepared an excellent breakfast and helped me out massively with getting a taxi, and to the girl who helped me check in and the evening barman/chef (I didn’t catch their names unfortunately!)

    This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I booked to the day I left, everything was executed flawlessly. The hotel staff coordinated my pickup in Cartagena (long, 5-hour drive). Upon arrival, check-in was seamless. Our spaces were clean. Everything else was great - the location, close to the beach. The pool. Breakfast, dinners. Helping make recommendations on where to visit. Being patient with our kids. All of the staff were super friendly. I enjoyed my time. I would come back. Thank you everyone!

    The proximity to Tayrona Park was the main reason for choosing this spot (approx 10min motorbike ride). The property itself was beautiful to walk around & enjoyed that it was so close to the beach. Enjoyed the variety of food and the dogs living there. The staff did not speak much english (thank goodness for Google Translate) but were very friendly & helpful booking us drivers & massage; we HIGHLY recommend the couples spa package - it was delightful blend of skin care & massage.

    pool for the suites were amazing, the view was amazing, spa was also very relaxing, dinner was way better than breakfast, staff was so helpful with the luggage and majority of the staff knew a little bit of english, there was also yoga onsite that was a very nice way to relax in the morning
