W Playa Conchal is a high end all inclusive resort that caters to the needs of its guests. If you are looking for a cheap, rowdy party resort to overindulge - this isnt for you. The staff were simply outstanding and genuinely friendly, wanting to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their were so many staff members that were outstanding it would be unfair to name one individually. The 3 restaurants provided excellent meals and catered to specific dietary requirements. We highly recommend purchasing the all inclusive package to include meals and drinks. We loved our room with the spacious bathroom, balcony and very comfortable bed. The pools were excellent and close to the beach which was pristine and uncrowded. We had a very relaxing week at W Conchal, and although it is our first time to the beautiful country of Costa Rica, it wont be our last and definitely we will be returning to W Playa Conchal

The staff was super friendly. After a couple of days, most remembered our names and preferences, whether it was in the many restaurants, at the bar, at the pool or on the beach. The Reserva Conchal is a real natural gem and the resort is perfectly located on the beach. We loved all the restaurants and the kids fell in live with the Mitra Market (self service with multiple booths).

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The service was warm and attentive, the location just steps from the beach was unbeatable, and the food – simply delicious every single day! Surfing with the kids was such a fun experience – safe, exciting, and unforgettable. And for the little animal lovers: the resort is full of wildlife! We saw monkeys, raccoons, adorable squirrels, and even iguanas. If you’re looking for relaxation, comfort, adventure, and a welcoming atmosphere for the whole family, this is the place to be. Amazing food, i would said one of the best hotel food we ever had. Really good attention from the staff, and the bar guys are an excellent company. Specially Kevin, what a great guy. Overall the cleaning and hotel installations were great, and the gardens, amazing, the name "Jardín del Edén" is totally accurate. The spot by the beach with the bar that pool and the chairs, was or favorite part. We choose this hotel as the last part of our honey moon and it blew our expectations for good, they gave us chocolates, strawberries and sparkle wine as a detail, such a lovely people. We already are thinking about coming back.
