I absolutely liked everything. The bed could have been a little softer, but that is really down to personal preference. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and polite. Especially Luther could not do enough to make my stay pleasant. He is a credit to the Hotel. The room was a generous size, my request for parquet flooring could be accommodated (allergies), the bathroom offered all one could wish for and need, even a bathroom scale was thought of. Both room and bathroom were spotless. It is the little things, from parking my car, to delivery of my suitcases, to the turndown service and the unobtrusive attention of the staff that make this a wonderful hotel. This was not my first visit and it was as good as I remembered, if not better. This is how you run a hotel. I can only recommend and will stay again, if/when I am back in Augsburg.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dorint hotel very much: price of the room was including breakfast, the room itself was specious end well designed, the beds very comfortable and we had a nice view from the balcony. It was not possible to park out car in the adjacent parking garage, but the alternative was also fine. All-in-all, it was one of the best hotels we stayed for that price, location and facilities.

O travelled with my 8 year old who loved the hotel. It's an exceptional hotel. The room was bigger than expected, the swimming pool amazing (at reception you can even ask for children's bathrobes and slippers) and the breakfast is worthy of a 5 star hotel. The staff is very nice I did not meet a single person who wasn't super helpful and kind.
