Everything was truly exceptional! This hotel is a real unique gem, immediately entered my top 3 of best hotels globally (and I travel a lot for work). The rooms are stunning, and the beds are amongst the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of art work, there is a beautiful garden and terrace to sit outside and enjoy. The staff are lovely. Honestly everything succeeded my expectations. A lovely boutique hotel, staff really friendly, breakfast fantastic. Lovely room, very comfortable. Convenient for West Berlin shopping, sightseeing and business. We prefer to be in West Berlin when we stay, it’s more relaxing and genuine. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. I hope we be back.

The location of the hotel was great! It's very close to the metro station and even closer to a big shopping mall. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. If I come to Berlin again, I won't consider any other option, but Ocak Hotel. Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful, spacious and nicely decorated. The rooms are great, very clean and they have everything you need from tea and coffee to water. It is in a nice and very safe area close to the museums, restaurants and many shops. The breakfast is excellent.

Such a positive experience. Everything worked fine, location was ideal right next to central station, room was very clean (as the rest if the hotel) and modern, bed was amazing, breakfast has good variety. I was very overall very pleased.
