Extreme nice and attentive staff which makes you feel well. Rooms were generous and well designed. Great restaurant with delicious food. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was over expectations!

Wonderful breakfast - wide selections: Crispy bacon, waffles, coffee selection made for you, freshly squeezed juice. Nothing was missing here. Rooms were huge and had a huge bathtub. The staff greeted us with a smile and the check-in process was quickly completed. The hotel's central location provided easy access to local attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but exactly what I normally eat! Good location for a night-stop if you want to be north of the traffic chaos of Hamburg Elbe tunnels!
